The following shall be and are hereby declared to be the fire limits of the city:

In the Original Town: all of Block 10; Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, of Block 9; Lots 7 thru 12 and 13 thru 17 of Block 11; the South 1/2 of Block 23 and the North 1/2 of Block 22. In the MacKenzie’s Addition; the South 1/2 of Block 3 and Block 6; the North 1/2 of Blocks 2, 7, and 10; All of Block 16, all of Plot A and B, and in the Simpson Addition, all of Plot B.
